Boz — İlk Hasat

First-harvest kernels, picked before the shell splits; light skin and intense aroma — the classic baklava grade.

Meverdi

Emerald-green kernels prized for vivid colour — the first choice for pastry décor and premium ice cream.

Kırmızı

Fully ripened, red-skinned kernels with the deepest flavour — the all-round confectionery class.

Kabuklu

In-shell pistachios, raw or dry-roasted, with naturally split shells, sold by size calibre.

Pirinç Kıyılmış
